Symptoms

As part of upgrading Exalogic Virtual rack to October 2020 PSU, while attempting Control Stack Migration upgrade step under "SECTION D: Upgrade Exalogic Control vServers (EC, PC1 and PC2) from OL5 to OL6" in <Note 2715114.1>, step fails with below error.
