Symptoms

When calling a composite from another composite with OWSM policies applied, the following error occurs:

Unable to invoke endpoint URI "http://<host>/soa-infra/services/ServiceNow/ValidateRequest/ValidateRequest" successfully due to: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 404 Not Found from url https://<host>/ws_utc/?wsdlUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fhost%3A80%2Fsoa-infra%2Fservices%2FServiceNow%2FValidateRequest%215.3.1*soa_e06261cb-40d8-48f8-a2bc-74ab04c9aa2e%2FValidateRequest%3FWSDL
