Server Fails to Start with "weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection with DBMS driver exception " (Doc ID 2817006.1)

Symptoms

WebLogic Managed Server fails to start with the below error.

Caused By: weblogic.common.ResourceException: weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor

Changes

 Added the jars "ojdbc14.jar" and  "orai18n.jar" to the PRE_CLASSPATH in the setDomainENv.sh script.
