Symptoms

Some Blob Image Urls are Not Rendering in Internet Explorer in Webcenter Sites 12c

We have blob urls generated with <render:getbloburl> and then placed in a page in html <img> tags.

In 11g, the images all render without a problem.

In 12c:
- For some of these images, they do not render in IE
- All the images render in Chrome and FireFox.
