Symptoms

CKEditor Custom Plugin Buttons Not Displaying in 12c After Upgrade

In 11g, there are several custom plugin buttons in CKEditor which display for basic assettypes that use CKEDITOR for the INPUTFORM.

In 12c, not all of these custom plugin buttons are displaying.
