Symptoms
Intermittent ORDS Internal Server Error 500 when running an APEX application that contains database links.
Users are reporting intermittent Internal Server Error 500 message (usually the first time the user logs into the application or if it has been several ours since the user last logged in).
This was not happening before the upgrade when using Database 18.x, APEX 19.x and ORDS 19.x.
Error displayed in the log is:
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run an APEX URL
2. Error occurs intermittently. Usually the first time an APEX URL is ran for the first time that day.
Changes
Upgraded the stack to Catabase 19.x, ORDS 21.x, and APEX 21.1.x.
