On racks upgraded from 22.214.171.124.x to 126.96.36.199.0 using the Upgrade Kit, one or more compute nodes fail to boot up following a reboot. This is typically encountered while applying a PSU to the upgraded rack but may also be encountered during a planned or unplanned reboot. The following UUID related error is observed in the ILOM console:
The Exalogic Rack was recently upgraded from 188.8.131.52.x to 184.108.40.206.0 using the 220.127.116.11.0 "Upgrade Kit".
