FileNotFoundException on oraclepki.jar when Loading the ojdbc8.jar in Tomcat (Doc ID 2817696.1)

When upgrading the JDBC and UCP jar files for a Tomcat application running on Java 8, the JDBC driver may trigger a warning.

The prior JDBC configuration using a ojdbc6.jar did not require an oraclepki.jar

The new configuration using the ojdbc8.jar is now showing the error message:

This application server configuration does not include an oraclepki.jar in the classpath and is not expecting to need one.
