Symptoms
When attempting to unregister DB with OUD
the following error occurs.

$ dbca -silent -configureDatabase -sourceDB <ORACLE_SID> -unregisterWithDirService true -dirServiceUserName 'cn=<EUS_USER>,dc=<DOMAIN>' -dirServicePassword <password> -walletPassword <wallet_password>

caused by: oracle.net.config.DirectoryServiceException: TNS-04411: Directory service: permission denied
caused by: oracle.net.ldap.NNFLException
Look at the log file "<PATH_TO_LOG>/<SID>.log" for further details.
