Goal

1. What are the best settings or resources needed for a ADF Application which has around 1000 users and around 50 pages (read only + CRUD)?

2. Is there a best practice or recommended CPU and RAM you suggest ? a number of applications are running on individual managed server with 8G RAM and that caused the system to hit 99% CPU and 99% Heap Usage resulting in applications either slow or crashed.

3. Is there a best practice to enable frequent garbage collection to make sure heap is not out of control?
