Managed server hangs in STARTING state for more than 30 minutes.

Last logged activity shows that it is creating a connection pool.

A message like this will be seen,

<BEA-001177> <Creating data source connection pool named <DATASOURCE_NAME>, URL = <URL>, Properties = <PROPERTIES>

There should be a message after this like,

<BEA-001512> <Data source <DATASOURCE_NAME> has been successfully created.>

But this is not found.
