Is it Supported to Copy Over Conf files from an OHS 11g Install to an OHS 12c Install

Goal
Copied over 11.1.1.9 configuration files and the ORACLE_INSTANCE/config/OHS/ohs1/moduleconf folder to a 12.2.1.4 OHS installation.
The OHS 12.2.1.4 will not start now after this action.
Is is supported to copy over files from an 11g version of OHS to a 12c version?
