Error Displayed When Accessing Expired Content in Content Manager Task Flow (Doc ID 2819645.1)

A Content Manager task flow is added to a page to display Expired Content in WebCenter Prtal page.
When the file name or Info Icon of the expired file is accessed, an error is reported in the UI.

System failure occurred. Contact your site administrator

However, the same file is accessible via WebCenter Content interface without any error.
