Symptoms

IBM DB2 z/OS Extract abended with below error

Error:
2021-09-21 10:21:29 ERROR OGG-00551 Database operation failed: TableHistoryDAO::addTable - execute. ODBC error: SQLSTATE 23505 native database error -803. [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] SQL0803N One or more values in
the INSERT statement, UPDATE statement, or foreign key update caused by a DELETE statement are not valid because the primary key, unique constraint or unique index identified by "GGSRDDLR" constrains table "000000AA0D" from
having duplicate values for the index key. SQLSTATE=23505.

There is TRACKSCHEMACHANGES in two extracts but extract is abending rather than just giving warning.
