ESSO Logon Manager Fails To Inject Values With International Character Sets In the Password (Doc ID 2820075.1)

Symptoms

ESSO LM fails to inject the password into a web application in the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge Chromium web browsers if there are special characters from an international character set in the password.

The credential fields are highlighted with the red border and the username is injected successfully but the password is not injected into the password field.
