RM Approvals Persisting For Users Removed From RM Approvers Alias (Doc ID 2820099.1)

Symptoms

A Retention Category with an assigned notification reviewer is set to an alias within a disposition rule.

This alias was setup with several users. One of these users was removed from the alias. However, the assigned approvals are persisting for this removed user.

Batch services was implemented many times and new items were checked into this category. But old/existing approvals are still persisting for this user. 

How do we remove and prevent new and existing RM approval actions from appearing for this user?
