Symptoms

On Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.4, after applying either

Patch 33416868 - WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.4.210930
or
Patch 33455144 - WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.4.211011   {latest WebLogic Server (WLS) Critical Patch Update (CPU) from October}
or
Patch 33727616 - WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.4.220105

the following error occurs when starting an ODI Standalone or Collocated agent and the agent fails to start:
