Application Credentials Are Not Synchronized For Users With Multiple Desktop Computers (Doc ID 2820395.1)

Users are unable to logon to applications with ESSO Logon Manager from multiple desktops.

Use case:

User goes from working at home to working in the office every other week. If an application password is changed, at home or in the office, the opposite location does not get the password change for the target applications. ESSO injects the old password but does not have the new password change from when the user was in the office or at home. So the users end up having to get the application password reset every other week.

Is this caused due to -"eSSO-LM Agent being unable to synchronize with the repository"?

Will the following workaround steps help to resolve the problem temporarily?

1. Before login to ESSO-LM or affected applications.
2. Open Logon Manager on the user's Windows desktop.
3. Refresh the ESSO LM
4. Shutdown the ESSO -LM
5. Restart the system ( Desktop/laptop)
6. Login to system
7. Now, try login to ESSO-LM without resetting the password
