WebLogic Server Crashes Frequently after Java Advanced Management Console Upgrade (Doc ID 2820583.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading Java Advanced Management Console (AMC) from 2.13 to 2.21, slow response and numerous timeouts were observed on the AMC Console.

Additionally, there are multiple stuck threads with the below reported stack trace in the Managed server logs. Over a period of time, as the number of stuck threads increases, server health goes to "Warning" and it crashes.

 Upgrade of Java Advanced Management Console (from 2.13 to 2.21 version).
