Symptoms

Oracle http server 12.2.1.4 installer comes as 2 zip files:

fmw_12.2.1.4.0_ohs_ibm_aix64_Disk1_1of2.zip
fmw_12.2.1.4.0_ohs_ibm_aix64_Disk1_2of2.zip

Executing the "fmw_12.2.1.4.0_ohs_aix_ppc64.bin" from the first zip file fails with error as shown below:
