On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to start Collection Rebuild,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Admin applet -> Repository Manager --> Collection Rebuild cycle --> start
2. Rebuild aborted and getting the reported error
