Capture is Not Processing Emails From Microsoft Outlook 365 (Doc ID 2821580.1)

Import Processor stopped connecting to an email account and the stack trace has the following:

Currently using Capture and connecting to over port 993.

The connection sometimes works and the emails get imported. Other times the connection does not connect and it fails for a long period of time until it somehow recovers.
