Capture is Not Processing Emails From Microsoft Outlook 365 (Doc ID 2821580.1)

Symptoms

Import Processor stopped connecting to an email account and the stack trace has the following:

Currently using Capture 11.1.1.9.0 and connecting to outlook.office365.com over port 993.

The connection sometimes works and the emails get imported. Other times the connection does not connect and it fails for a long period of time until it somehow recovers.
