No Edit/Delete on Subpages Created from a Custom Portal Template (Doc ID 2821616.1)

Symptoms

After creating a page from a template of another page, some of the subpages do not allow edit/delete.  

The following are sample steps that reproduced the behavior with an existing template (behavior will vary depending on custom template):

1. Import an existing template .par file as weblogic admin user.

2. This will create portal template which allows editing of subpages.

3. Create a new template based on the template imported in step 1 (select Members Info, Pages, Roles Info).

4. Create a new portal based on the new template created in step 3.

5. Edit the new portal and notice some of the subpages can not be edited or deleted (in this case the following did not allow edit/delete but will vary depending on custom template):

Under Document Search:
  - All Saved Searches

Under Communications:
  - Announcements
  - Discussions
  - Calendar
  - Points of Contact
