Is There a Way to Change the Time Interval to Retry a Failed Capture Batch? (Doc ID 2821626.1)

Goal

In Capture, the below property is set to retry limit but, is it possible to set the time to retry?

MaxBatchProcessingAttempts: 3

It seems to take 10-15 min for the next retry, and with this frequency users have to wait too long to see if the batch has failed. Is it possible to reduce the retry time interval?
