"ORA-01555 Snapshot Too Old" Error when Inserting Blob Type Data Using Weblogic Datasource Configured with JNDI (Doc ID 2821716.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to load BLOB type data using WebLogic Server (WLS) Data Source configured with Java Naming and Directory Interface (JNDI), the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the WLS Data Source to use the JNDI URL
2. Execute Load
3. Observe that the load fails with above error
4. Configure the Data Source to use the Thin JDBC Driver
5. Execute Load
6. Load succeeds.
