On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric

SOA upgrade failing Invalid table name

When re-configuring domain I am getting error "Invalid table_name" See attached. There were no error in readiness check and schema upgrade was also fine.We are upgrading SOA from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4
