ODI Console Web Application Startup Fails After Applying ODI Bundle Patches in IBM AIX Environment (Doc ID 2822152.1)

Symptoms

After applying an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Bundle Patch (BP) like ODI BP 12.2.1.3.210119 or ODI BP 12.2.1.4.210517 in IBM AIX environment, the ODI Console web application "odiconsole" is not starting and the following error is observed in the ODI managed server log:
