Error "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" Upgrading To WebCenter Content/Imaging 12.2.1.4 (Doc ID 2822289.1)

Symptoms

When trying to upgrade WebCenter Content/Imaging to 12.2.1.4, during the execution of the domain reconfiguration, an error occurs that indicates the schema OWC_IPM does not exist.  Yet, it does exist.

Caused by: Error : 942, Position : 14, Sql = select 1 from schema_version_registry where owner=(select user from dual) and mr_type='IPM' and version='12.2.1.3.0', OriginalSql = select 1 from schema_version_registry where owner=(select user from dual) and mr_type='IPM' and version='12.2.1.3.0', Error Msg = ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
