Symptoms
12c Upgrade: CSSO Unable to Login with Some Users: ACTION: AUTHENTICATION_FAILED
CSSO Implemented in 11g and re-implemented in upgraded 12c environment.
They are able to login with many users via CSSO, which redirects to SSO for authentication and provides and external id to the CSSO mplementation.
However, for some users, they are unable to login via CSSO, and in the cas.log, the following error is seen:
