EBS UM Target Reconciliation Is Not Working. Error: ORA-01722: Invalid Number (Doc ID 2822826.1)

Symptoms

Customer was setting a filter on the 'EBS UM Target Reconciliation' job containing the user login value (usr_name) and the parameter was being compared to the user ID (usr_key) which is a number.  This resulted in the Error: ORA-01722: invalid number.

 

Changes

Customer was setting a filter for user login (usr_name) as a parameter on the 'EBS UM Target Reconciliation' scheduled task submission page.
