Symptoms
After updating the WebLogic admin user password access is frequently failing when logging in to the Admin Console or when trying to start managed servers using WLST.
The admin server log shows this error frequently,
<Security> <BEA-090078> <User <USERNAME> in security realm myrealm has had 5 invalid login attempts, locking account for 30 minutes.>
