Symptoms

Attempting to apply patch for bug 32880070 in some Oracle Middleware Home.  OPatch fails with following:

Attempting to apply the same patch on other homes results in the same error.  Downloading a new copy of the patch both individually or as part of a Stack Patch Bundle (SPB) results in the same failure.

Applying current Stack Patch Bundle (SPB) that contains the patch for bug 32880070.
