EDQ/OWS - Application Error with Receipt Saving when Using Citrix (Doc ID 2823645.1)

Symptoms

When the Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) 12.2.1.3.0(376) Watchlist Screening application is used by users do not have access to the command line or if they are using Citrix front end, for example:

- User's PC - where users may or may not have access to the command line (cmd.exe) perhaps due to restrictive permissions
- via Citrix - where users do NOT have access to the command line (cmd.exe).


The following error is encountered when they try to save the receipt (PDF):

Notice that the failure is on "WindowsFontDirFinder.find"
