Goal

Customer wants to apply the latest SOA BP 12.2.1.4.210928 (Patch 33408307) in their SOA/MFT installation, but it fails with a conflict in OPatch. Following patches have conflicts: [33199686  33408307].

The customer needs both bugs (30659767, 31111988) fixed along with the latest SOA BP. Is it possible to apply Patch 33408307 without getting any conflict with Patch 33199686?
