Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Transports

Duplicated ECID in OSB dequeuing from MQ

There is a problem in ECID generation when OSB dequeue messages from MQ.

The same ECID is reported dequeuing different JMS Messages from MQ.

In order to reproduce the issue, a lot of JMS Messages are send on MQ and then wait the OSB dequeue the messages.
