ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No able to access Internal WS as Admin user while using Internet Explorer (IE)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to access as Admin
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install APEX
2.Configure ORDS to access APEX
3.Enter the APEX Builder URL in IE and change to Administrator
4. Enter ADMIN user and the pwd set by apxchpwd script
5.Observe that nothing happen but if you access the console you will see: "Script438: Object does not support property or method 'submit'"
