Symptoms


After upgrading WebLogic from 10.3.6.0.0 to 14.1.1.0.0 a network timeout is occurring for AQ based JMS connections.

A network trace shows that for some long queries WebLogic closes the connection after 10 seconds.

An error is reported in the WebLogic logs,

java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Socket read timed out
