Goal

The OAMSSA-06348 error can be seen when ever the OAM policy data is be manipulated. It is commonly seen when using the OAM import/Export tool. It is also seen when scripts are used to change the OAM policy data (add/delete/modify) like EBS-OAM integrations and OAM upgrades.
