Unable To Start The Managed Server Due to Huge .DAT Files (Doc ID 2825855.1)

Symptoms

While doing a rolling bounce one of the managed servers is not coming up and able to see large number of DAT files from the server location as below.

/xxx/xx/domains/soa_domain/servers/soa_server1/data/store/soa_server1
total 71G
-rw-r-----. 1  xxxx 1.3G Nov 5 10:29 soa_server1SERVER1000000.DAT
-rw-r-----. 1 xxxxx 1.3G Nov 5 10:29 soa_server1SERVER1000001.DAT
