On : APEX 21.2 version, Builder

When attempting to access a custom workspace
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade APEX to 21.1
2. Access the Internal Workspace and its OK
3. Access a custom Workspace and get the error
