On : APEX 21.2 version, Flow Builder

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When printing an APEX PDF report with Arabic characters getting question marks "?" instead of the Arabic characters.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Printing Arabic characters correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure BI Publisher as Printing Server
2. Print a PDF Report from APEX that contains Arabic characters
