Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 12.2.1.4 is installed on an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Kubernetes environment. There is an Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) configured behind an OCI Load Balancer that is setup with Virtual Hostnames. After enabling the WebGate on the OHS Server, and attempting to access the OAM Console, OAM Administrator gets an error message in the browser, "Oracle Access Manager Operation Error.
