Symptoms

After upgrading OID 12.2.1.3 to OID 12.2.1.4, the OID1 component on Node1 is able to start normally, however the OID2 component on Node2 is not able to start

Log files at $DOMAIN_HOME/servers/OID/logs/oid2/* are not generated or updated.

Changes

 Upgraded OID from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4
