Symptoms
Unable to start Admin server after disabling default WebLogic HTTP Basic Authentication.
Trying to update config.xml file manually to disable default WebLogic HTTP Basic Authentication using the following attribute:
<enforce-valid-basic-auth-credentials>false</enforce-valid-basic-auth-credentials>
fails to start the Admin Server with the below exception:
