Logon Manager Fails To Detect Some Java Applications After Upgrade to Version 11.1.2.3.2 (Doc ID 2828520.1)

Symptoms

ESSO Logon Manager stopped responding to a Java application in Windows 10 after upgrading to version 11.1.2.3.2

Since upgrading the ESSO LM and ESSO PR components on a central server from 11.1.2.3.1 to 11.1.2.3.2, a previous application template which worked fine in 11.1.2.3.1 has stopped working.

Attempted to recreate the application template via the new 11.1.2.3.2 ESSO Administrative Console but application window and/or credential fields are no longer recognized when trying to create a template for the application.

 ESSO Logon Manager upgraded from version 11.1.2.3.1 to 11.1.2.3.2
