Connection to VCS (SVN) Fails with Error "oracle.odi.core.service.vcs.svn.config.OdiSvnRepositoryConnection.getServerCertificateForSSLConnection" (Doc ID 2828892.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to configure Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio with a new Apache Subversion (SVN) Version Control System (VCS),  setting the connection URL fails with the following error occurs:


To reproduce:

  1. Login to ODI Studio
  2. Via the menu options navigate to: Team -> Settings -> Edit Connection
  3. Specify the VCS URL
  4. Provide the login credentials
  5. Click ok
