Http 500 Server Error When Trying To Access Tabs In Oiddas (Doc ID 282901.1)

Symptoms

 In attempting to access various tabs on the Oracle Internet Directory Self Service Console (.../oiddas) the
home page comes up, but clicking on the Myprofile, Directory, or Configuration tabs result in an HTTP 500
server error.

In the HTTP_Server error_log:


Mon Sep 13 13:58:51 2004] [debug] mod_osso.c(337): [client <IP_ADDRESS>] [ecid: <ECID>] [OSSO] D26: process_idle_time()
[OSSO] W14: mod_osso is loaded but OssoConfigFile does not appear to be set.
