On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, SOA Suite

SOA Composite Does Not Shown On the Left Side Panel of EM

I restarted SOA and I am experiencing the same problem as in the note "The Composite Does Not Shown On the Left Side Panel of EM (Doc ID 2004190.1)" but I cannot identify a solution to my problem.
