Symptoms
When attempting to upgrade to the new ESSO Version - ESSO-LM v11.1.2.3.2 using the msiexec.exe, the following error occurs and the upgrade failed.
CustomAction KeyboardFilterRemove returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
