Patch 27546754: SOA BP 12.2.1.3.210402
Patch 29591965: MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF 12.2.1.3.0 FOR BUGS 29264247 29544515 (Release 12.2.1.3.0)
Patch 30986598: SOA translate activity is not generating JSON empty [] array for empty XML element (Release 12.2.1.3.0)
